What is coaching?
Coaching is a powerful interactive process that allows individuals to make significant positive changes in their lives. It recognises that an individual is whole, creative and resourceful. In coaching we are assessing where the individual is at in their career and in their life right now, and where they want to be in the future. Coaching creates self awareness which allows individuals to develop clarity about their strengths and choices. It has the potential for dynamic inner and outer growth. It can fuel enthusiasm and can motivate an individual to take the steps towards achieving their goals both personally and professionally.
What I do
I provide an objective, safe, non-judgemental environment where individuals can, through a structured coaching process, work with me as a soundboard and thought partner in order to achieve their goals.
As your coach, my role is to help you activate your inner resources to find your own solutions to improve your performance, your well being and your balance.
